Trump's sanctions against him.

U.S. President Donald Trump's claim that the sanctions are the strongest sanctions in history has come into effect, but experts say that Iran still has a way to trade to avoid them.

The Arab media Al-Jazeera reported on Thursday (local time) that the most "cow and rat" game has started, in which one side is pressured and the other side is seeking creative ways to circumvent sanctions.

The U.S. government's additional sanctions on Iran, which took effect at 0 a.m. on Thursday (Eastern Time), include restricting exports of Iranian oil and natural gas. However, the U.S. government has decided to recognize the temporary exception of the sanctions on eight countries, including China, India, Korea and Japan.

Therefore, some experts predict that China, which is close to Iran, may import Iranian crude oil, and then resell it in Europe.

The European Union, which has been at odds over the U.S. resumption of sanctions against Iran, could also be a loophole in the sanctions.

When the U.S. government imposed sanctions on Iran in August this year that restricts trade in precious metals, cars and coal, the EU was able to protect EU companies that legally deal with Iran, and the so-called "E" anti-lock law. Specifically, it bans companies in the EU from following foreign laws and prevents foreign rulings from taking effect in their own countries.

"Although U.S. sanctions can take effect for small European companies, restrictions will be applied to major global conglomerates," Al Jazeera said.

The EU is also discussing 사설토토with European companies the establishment of a special purpose company (SPV), which is responsible for the settlement of import and export expenses to Iran, to avoid U.S. sanctions.

In the meantime, the Iranian government is also seeking various sales channels, such as starting transactions through the IRENEX at the end of last month, away from the way it has been unified as a national oil company.

Al-Jazeera explained that a new company that is not registered with the Foreign Asset Control Agency (OFAC) under the U.S. Treasury could "legally" purchase Iranian oil.

"At the government level, we are considering several measures to counter U.S. sanctions," said Ali Sardzem, economic advisor to the Center for Strategic Studies at the Iranian National Policy Coordination.

"It is hard to get strong support because President Trump has failed to reach an international consensus on sanctions against Iran," Iranian sanctions expert Mohammed Esami said. These include currency swap with foreign countries, and some companies are already using cryptographic money for transactions.
